Tamarack Resort

Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination offering skiing, snowboarding, golf, mountain biking, marina activities, and year-round outdoor recreation. Dustin was part of the resort from its early development stages, when Sprung Structures housed rental operations, retail, repair services, skier services, dining, childcare, and guest amenities.
As new ownership transformed Tamarack into a premier resort destination, every aspect of the guest experience required redevelopment, outfitting, staffing, and operational planning. Working alongside carefully selected vendors and suppliers, Dustin helped implement a completely reimagined ski and snowboard rental experience, including the installation of state-of-the-art tuning equipment, the development of a new retail operation, and the deployment of updated rental, retail, and resort management systems across guest services.
Responsibilities also extended to the marina operations on Lake Cascade, including dock procurement and installation, watercraft selection and leasing, operational planning, staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day management. The fleet included ski boats, pontoon boats, and a variety of recreational water equipment designed to enhance the guest experience and support resort growth.
