PROJECT SCOPE: Designed the Putt Park and golf simulator bays and provided input on overall facility layout. Conducted financial modeling for instruction, club fitting, sales, Putt Park operations, and simulator suites. Developed dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities including F&B.
