Spiro Carbon Group enlisted Synergy Group to spearhead its entry into the golf market. The project called, "Defend the Green," involved Synergy developing a market-specific platform to assist golf courses and facilities to achieve carbon neutrality in a transparent manner.
Applying Spiro Carbon’s expertise in using satellite imaging to map large agricultural parcels and provide the detailed analysis as to how to improve efficiencies in farming practices to improve yields and reduce their carbon footprint is being applied to golf facilities. Additional information is provided by the golf course to provide a complete solution including staff training, best practices, marketing, and ongoing Certification programs.
